Such an amazing tour led by Marissa! We got to learn about the behind the scenes of Area 2’s vertical farm. And we even got to sample some of the special crops they grow. Such an amazing organization.

I came to tour Area 2 Farms as a fun project on the first Sunday of the month, and it was a fabulous mind-blowing experience. I was interested in learning about a local indoor farm and more about my local agri-food system and left with knowledge about patented farm tech, good microbes, pests, home grown worms, and incredibly composting practices. I am leaving with more inspiration to stay connected to my environment and to continue to stay well informed about the food I consume.

Educational and informative tour with thorough answers to any questions. Taste samples were stellar and I can't wait to get started with a subscription! PS: I looked it up and the word for baby worms is "juvenile," but I like the guess of "wormlings" better! Edited: I subscribed and I'm enjoying it1 My body is very happy to be nourished with so many good foods and my brain is happy to be engaging in new creative recipes! Thank you!
